Each color of metal finish is available in a variety of surfaces including Bright Polished, shiny and brilliant...Butler Polished, a softer shine with a hand-rubbed appearance...Satin, with a lustrous brushed finish... Antiqued, a dark patina in the background with Satin or Butler highlighting...Dark, Medium or Light Oxidized Patina ranging from dark, coffee brown (also called Oil Rubbed Bronze) to a golden brown appearance...Natural or painted Verde Gris.

Most finishes are sealed with a clear acrylic lacquer for protection. A durable polyurethane lacquer is also available for items subject to weather or wet environments. Waxing provides a softer look that will wear and age naturally.

Silverware can be lacquered if it is for display rather than actual use, preventing the need for occasional polishing.
